    its Jeremy Brett's last outing as Sherlock Holmes. Its excellent. He is obviously not well in this last series and indeed was unable to complete the final episode. He died about 6 months later.

    Best Holmes ever

    These Holmes episodes with Jeremy Brett are the best ever, true to the character of Holmes as written by Doyle. The plan was to produce all 56 stories, but Jeremy died after doing 35. We will never see them all, but what we have are great
