I had to call Honeywell to have these thermostats reset because they were already registered with someone else.

    Lots of work to get working

    Had trouble trying to register the WI-FI connection. After working with Honeywell tech support, we found out the thermostat was still registered to the previous owner. Had to get that removed before the unit could be reused.
