    This review is 100% about the seller. Good communication and he shipped as fast as he could have. Two thumbs up. eBay gets zero stars though, as they decided after he'd shipped that it was a "restricted item", and disposed of it somehow. Probably. I got a refund, seller kept his money, fuel pump got junked. Probably. It's frustrating that eBay can't be more transparent about policies.
