Buy one, well worth it.
It is great to be able to see the food through the glass window as it is heating up/cooking. Because it cooks food so fast compared to a conventional oven, it is not recommended to follow the instructions on the food packaging, as these are usually for conventional ovens, and your food could burn. Always set a slightly shorter time and in most cases, knock 10 degrees off the temperature, then check the food is fully cooked. Obviously, if it isn't, you put it back on for a little longer.
Our gas oven hasn't been used since using air fryers (we also have a twin drawer air fryer as well), and we know how much energy these things save.
