    If you’re a VHS collector & new yogie, this is for you! This tape series was made in the early years of Gaiam. Patricia Waldron and Rodney Yee are still among the best instruction & yoga guidance even though this was produced in 1997. - yep, can’t believe this is almost 30 years ago! Classic practice!

    Good value and fun

    The yoga journal tapes are in fair condition and I haven’t played the other two yet but wonder what year they came out so considering it is a good value and very helpful for beginners. props are needed though and I found some inexpensive blocks and strap.
