    A wonderful gift and a beautiful addition to any motion picture history book collection

    This new, 50th Anniversary printing of the original first edition (which had all the pockets and folders of re-created scraps and published materials - a very special treat and super bonus for the reader and collector) is updated and expands slightly more on the younger cast members reminiscing and relating memories and stories of their careers and especially their experiences of being a part of this beloved film. An absolutely terrific, uplifting and intimate opportunity for everyone to enjoy!

    Delightful addition to my TSOM library

    As often the case, this book was less expensive on eBay than from other sources. The personal insights and reminiscences are delightful and the candid photos add more to this "behind the scenes" story. It's a welcome addition to my "Sound of Music" and von Trapp family library.
