If you are a fan, it's worth it.
I'm a huge INXS fan, so I like everything. There are some problems I had with the production of this German TV show. The performance by the band is good, though not on the scale of Live Baby Live. The venue for the show was not very good. The directing of the video was bad. The director kept taking crane shots of the audience, shots that lasted a long time. The director took a rather long shot of an audience member playing air guitar. This show is a document of one of the bands later performances before Michael Hutchens death and that makes worth watching.
