    Unexpected, the seller refunded me in full. I was not anticipating this welcome surprise, as there are no returns accepted, so I was just led to believe there was no point in contacting the seller. The seller made it right. I will know next time to ask questions about the product and finding out if it is the name brand stated. Just because the box says so, does not make it true. I appreciate the seller refunding me.

    I did mess up and didn't look at the item well enough. I did refund the buyer as soon as I saw this feedback. He was right he didn't contact me. Had he contacted me 1st all of this could have been avoided.
