My comment was in regard to the Post Office and their handling of the delivery. I know the product was shipped the day I ordered it, I’m still waiting for the Post Office to do their part.

This is not our fault. Once the item is in the possession of the USPS, we have no control over what they do with it. As you can see, the item was shipped on the same day you ordered it. I really wish you would have contacted us prior to leaving a negative review that is totally out of our hands. I have no problem sending a replacement package if the item is lost.
