(Es war der Sicherungsring gebrochen) Kommunikation seitens des Verkäufers zügig und vorbildlich und Problem wurde schnell geklärt und der Sicherungsring wurde als Ersatz nochmal vom Verkäufer innerhalb 3-4 Tage nachgeschickt, womit das Problem auch behoben wurde.
