Contacted seller to ask item be posted ASAP as needed for a party. Seller was slow in replying, advised colour ordered wasn’t available only 3 were in stock despite all being listed as available. Chose another colour as they advised they’d express post free of charge. Tracking details advised another day later but wasn’t for my item or address. Tried contacting seller no response. Item arrived in normal envelope with stamps not express & bands wrinkled & useless as event had passed.

I have only received 1 x 3 metre length of product. I specifically ordered 2 x 3 metre lengths as advertised hence the quantity of 2 showing on the order. The attached ebay advert was not what I responded to. The fact that the seller sent a 3 meter length contradicts what they say that I ordered a 2 meter length. Some where the order has been messed up. Sent a message to the seller but no response. I have decided to wear the inconsistency and reordered from another seller.
