This is a custom thru axle for 135mm, 12mm axle hubs like the Koozer XM490 with thru end caps to install on a non boost frame. It is very well made with quality bolts. Two items may need modification for your install. Width was 134.8mm. I had to shave that down to 134mm to ensure only contact with end caps. Done with the axle chucked to a drill, resting on greased tape, against the edge of a file in a vice. 11.93mm diameter could be bigger. O rings did not clear, used Teflon tape in groove.
