I’m sure the company is 5star what soured the transaction was the delivery company EVRI Numerous emails first it was going to be delivered then not on 2 occasions and even the eventual delivery date you had 2 slots and nether was adhered to. Personally I would never trust EVRI they are arrogant and a waste of space

Thank you for your feedback drawing this issue to our attention. We do not like using EVRi, however this low value product is 1.2 metres long, so no other carrier will transport it at normal rates. Other carriers rates for this length of parcel would not be viable.NONE of our other products are despatched via EVRi. Sorry for the inconvenience you experienced, which was not acceptable.
