One of the end caps had a small crack in it, I let the seller know who apologised and dispatched a replacement one, which I received within 48hrs. In my opinion, this is a great product for the price, and I would 100% recommend buying from them. They arrived in excellent condition and are now sitting proudly on our car, ready for when we go away shortly and will put the roof box on. Items were exactly as described. Very pleased. Only slight moan is no communication over delivery so we had no idea they were arriving on the 23rd until the courier rang the doorbell, so good job we were in.
