Come on! Not at all. Buyer contacted us. We said ok, I'm very sorry. I will send you a label for the item and ship a complete new item. The buyer said They would not ship the item back with the prepaid label. This is a complete axle shaft. All they had to do was print a label and trade with the driver that drops off the new one. The item was shipped in a sealed box from the manufacturer. We do not check or open them. We tried to fix this issue with the best option available.
