    It appears well made and does work. The only issue I had was fitting the jiggler into my 1/2" ID tube. The jiggler is slightly oversized, presumably to create a tight fit, but I could not even get it started. I warmed the tip of the tube with a heat gun (a blow dryer will suffice) until it was soft and pliable. This only takes a few seconds, but you must insert the jiggler quickly before the plastic cools and stiffens up again. It took several tries, but I got a tight fit with no leakage.

    Brass nozzle siphon fitting

    I was amazed how easily and quickly this gizmo started to siphon. It's a very simple design and works very well. All you have to do is attached it to 1/2" tubing, place the brass nozzle in the water and lift it up and down within the water. The action of doing that starts the siphon.
