I HAVE ENJOYED AND BOUGHT TOSHIBA LAPTOPS OVER THE YEARS....... VERY PLEASED WITH THIS ONE, AND WORKS WELL....THERE ARE ALWAYS MODERN CHANGES IN COMPUTERS FROM YEAR TO YEAR..... THIS MODEL IS EASY TO USE, AND WILL LEAVE AT GRANDMA'S HOUSE IN FLORIDA WHEN WE VISIT!!....MANY NICE FEATURES AND FAST....THE SCREEN IS FINE....BUT CERTAINLY WOULD BE BETTER, IF IT HAD THE RESOLUTION LIKE A SAMSUNG TABLET!!........ Pros: Fast, lots of space, has a cd drive despite being so thin, keyboard lights up, can charge phone or tablet when laptop is off. 90% of Toshiba chargers are universal, my toshiba laptop from 2010 can be charged with the same charger as this and vice versa Cons: the battery life dropped from 6hrs at 97% to 3hrs at 89%. (i bought this laptop seller refurbished, i dont mind but just putting that out there) the edges (not the corners) of the laptop very sharp so not very uncomfortable to rest your forearm on while typing. Overall: Satisfied with this purchase. Would buy brand new if i had the resources.

This laptop has everything I need in a laptop at a great price. It's fast, has huge memory storage and works with all my device's as well as my latest external drive which would not work with my older computer running on Vista.

I have a Toshiba satellite with an intel i3 and 4gb memory that is twice as fast as this product. It is quite thin, but the edges are sharp and make it uncomfortable to use. The display has a bad spot on it that is very distracting when using. In my opinion this product is junk! I would NOT recommend this machine as a buy. Very disappointed.
