Product comes in big chunks which takes some rubbing in but is really greasy. I weren't that keen on the smell and how much rubbing in it took but once I melted it down and added some fragrance oil to it I was good to go.

All items were super secure and yet they accomplished this with minimal materials (environmentaly friendly = big plus for me) AND super easy to unwrap. I didn't have need for any communication.
