It arrived in a timely manner, was new, and in good condition. Unfortunately, they are too short, which is not the vendor’s fault. It’s the same size I got before directly from Power Step, but a slightly different product. After wearing these for a few hours, the area between the ball of my foot and my big toe became very painful since that is where the insole stopped. I’ve never returned anything on eBay before and I’m sure if I can, but I will look into it.
