Box looked like it had been opened and I guess it had as the solutions to calibrate were not in the box as it states in the pamphlet. Going to assume I got a returned device and thus why box was damage (where you open) and no solutions.

We never sell return items and we only sell brand new one from the manufacturer directly. The PH-80 is factory calibrated to pH 7.0. Tried to contact buyer to get the items back. but got no reply at all. We are more than happy to solve the problem if it's faulty from the original pack.
