I have owned several laptops, but this is my first Dell and I really am impressed with it. It boots up quickly and is so easy to use. I might try some other Dell products

All the functions make it easy to figure out, and it's not hard to personalize and adjust to your liking. The buttons are very easy on the fingers, but the webcam isn't amazing quality, it works anyhow.

I really believe that the only flaw besides the scratched up top that gives it character is how it runs hot after awhile but I don't think you can get around that with laptops. For the price I'm blown away by the specs and Linux seems kind after fighting with Windows for years. Whoever fixed her up knows what they are doing. Top notch! Very happy customer here friends! :D
