I purchased the item on the 4th of December, the seller didn't bother posting it until the 20th of December. The item was meant to be a Christmas gift. It finally arrived on the 27th of December, so as you can see i was disappointed with the postage time and effort. No apology from the seller and the only communication i got, was a tracking number after i requested it. Will not purchase from this seller again.

Great monitor but terrible battery life
This monitor has great range, great features and is amazing in every way except the battery life of the parent unit. It just doesn’t last. It will be plugged in on charge all night, and the next day will only last for about an hour, maybe two and it’ll be flat. It’ll then take a whole day to recharge fully again. So that’s a shame. Basically have to have it plugged in all the time. Other than that, great product.This monitor has great range, great features and is amazing in every way except the battery life of the parent unit. It is a lot better than our previous monitor. Great range. The battery on the parent unit lasts about two hours (when the power saving isn’t enabled). Which really is plenty (we mostly have it plugged in when stationary). The night vision is clear. Yet to use the second camera as the second baby isn’t here yet - but I have no doubt it will be great. The whole system is very easy to use (I am yet to need to look at the instructions!!).It is a lot better than our previous monitor. Great range. I love it
I Bought the 3102 monitor with two cameras. Compared to the ones I’ve use in the past I find this one to be the best. The picture quality is pretty decent, x2 zoom option is great. It’s very versatile as you can nearly place it anywhere in your home due to the clamps. The only let down I’d say is the walkie-talkie feature, it’s not very loud on its highest setting and can be hard to hear.I Bought the 3102 monitor with two cameras. Overall it does what is required as a baby monitor for a reasonable price, but video quality is far from sharp and audio quality far from clear. Pros - Easy to setup and works well, many features, allows additional cameras, well priced, cameras can hold a charge for temporary use without being connected to the wall socket, portable. Cons - Very poor video and audio image quality. Also audio and video are quite delayed. Some interface issues (i.e. temperature range settings screen has software issues) Overall it does what is required as a baby monitor for a reasonable price, but video quality is far from sharp and audio quality far from clear. We love clear images. Super easy set up. Only I hoped was we can’t change the position from monitor when bubs move. But other than that so much easier and simple than previous baby monitor (other brands).
