    Decent but missing a ventilation window

    I replaced the speedrings in these to fit my Paul C Buff Einsteins. Now a perfect fit. These are very well made strip boxes, but I was a bit disappointed to see that there was no ventilation window on the sides. As a result, I would recommend caution when using with modeling lamps, as too much heat build up could burn out your bulbs. This is likely easily remedied by keeping one of the flaps up in back, but then you'll have a bit more light spill in the studio. Looking forward to using these.

    Good design and well made

    The tip of the rods are the same diameter with round tips. That makes for a faster setup. Its grid is tight and deep minimizing spill. The Bowens mount speed ring is strong and lightweight with an orientation brake. The price point is that... on point!
