Had Problems
Used this from an AV receiver to the TV. All components were going thru AV receiver with HDMI. When switching components the picture sometimes never comes in. I own an AV installation company and liked the price of these versus my distributors brand. But I found out the hard way that you get what you pay for. Returning Unit.

eHDTV coax balun extender
Works perfectly extending a 1080i signal from the hdmi outlet on the cable box 100ft to a bar TV in our finished basement. The TV at the cable box has a component connection so the hdmi was available, no splitter needed. Used a cheap signal checker to make sure coax junctions were good.

Hdmi over coax works great
I used the hdmi to coax adapters to connect a dish network receiver to a tv in another room, using existing rg6 coax that was already in the walls. The picture and sound are great.

Uverse Extender
Working great over 250 ft of RG6 quad shield direct bury cable. Picture and IR remote control response is instant, as though you are in the same room as tuner! Providing 1080i 60 hz signal output which is max for Uverse. No issues one after one week of use. Only time will tell over the long term. Recommended!
