This handset has all the features of an original sony remote but unfortunately the mute button disappeared into the casing of the control after only a few days' use and can only be used if it is pressed with the tip of a biro. Disappointing, as all the other buttons seem to be functioning properly. The rest of it appears to be quite well made and ! was impressed with it until the mute button malfunctioned.
