10/10 fixed my no blink condition. Had to splice it in but it comes with a lot of free wire to mount anywhere you need. I bought bulbs with built in resistors but still had no blink/strobe blink, this fixed it and the wires were in the same order as factory on my yamaha easy to splice. It also clicks just as loud as the standard relay I removed.
