The only draw back to the knife is it hard to open using thumb disc. The cut out on the handle to access the thumb disc is to small. Right now to open it takes two fingers to grasp and pull up on the thumb disc to get the blade past the detent to open all the way. I've loosened the pivot screw to no avail and Tuff Glide hasn't helped either. I've opened the knife using the two finger method approximately 1000 times to date.

I read up on this model of knife from a few different websites. I received it super fast and immediately inspected it for any of the "tip" issues that I read about. Mine is absolute flawless as it gets. The micarta matches, the blade fits perfect in the well, the clip is sturdy enough to use but easy enough to deploy in a hurry without cutting yourself. I've had a pocket knife on me in one way or another since I was a kid in Boy Scouts to the Army and then as a Cop. This is a well balanced blade and it's made of quality materials that flips out easy and folds easy without losing a finger. It's a liner lock so you must know how a liner lock works to begin with. If anything, Boker has a solid reputation for good materials, workmanship and value. I would rate this as easy to use as my Emerson CQB or my Benchmades. Midway, sites on Amazon, even Boker charges up to $160 for this same model. You can't beat it for $93! It comes in a Boker factory sealed cardboard box with liner and a limited lifetime warranty with a lifetime sharpening guarantee. You can't beat it. I'm digging it. It's my new EDC knife now.Read full review

Love this knife. The shape and lines are very smooth. sharp and well made. My only complaint is the thumb stud does not stick out far enough for quick opening.
