Le disque correspond au descriptif et me convient, mais il m'aura fallu attendre près d'un mois pour l'avoir en mains (commande passée le 28 février, livrée le 26 mars - une attente record pour moi). Le Point Relais ne m'a jamais envoyé d'e-mail , ensuite le lieu de destination (PR) était fermé (4 ou 5 déplacements pour rien jusqu'au matin du 1/03). Le vendeur n'a pas réagi à mes observations. Très mécontent, j' allais réclamer un remboursement quand, finalement... Evaluation neutre.

Pour répondre à vos observations, il aurait fallu déjà m'envoyer un message. Je précise également que je ne suis pas le gérant du point relais. En outre, vous pouvez tout à fait suivre l'avancement de votre commande via le suivi disponible sur le site. Enfin, dès le départ, vous souhaitiez un envoi à votre domicile alors même que vous avez opté lors de la commande pour l'envoi le moins cher, donc via point relais. Tout ceci n'est pas très clair...
