It arrived in less time than specified. I know the printer is about 10 years old but it is identical to the one I had and liked. It was easy to set up and program into my computer. I can use the extra toner I already had. The old one had too many parts that needed to repair so that is why I ordered this one. A new one of different brand was same price so I chose this one. Because of its age I wonder if there is any one who could help if I have problems other than my serviceman.It arrived in less time than specified. When you sell a laser printer, please leave in the toner cartridges. The time the printer arrived, what residual toner was left in the printer, had completely covered the entire printer. There was toner everywhere. Each of the internal contacts for the toner cartridges were indicating that the cartridge was not inserted. I vacuumed and wiped for hours. I now have the printer working but I have several lines where the toner is not being applied. I checked the drum and there are no lines of stuck on toner. I have one of these printers at work and never have had this type streaking of problem. I tried to email you without having to write a "public" review, but you do not post an email address. Replacement Samsung CLP-300 Color Laser Printer works perfect, flawlessly!!
I purchased this CLP-300 to replace one that I purchased new 5 years ago. Even though this printer does not have built-in Wifi connectivity, I was able to first find a Linksys wireless print server compatible win Windows XP. After I switched to Windows 7, 64 bit PC's, I was to find Win 7 compatible wireless print server. The CLP-300 that I puchased on eBay is working perfectly. After receiving the device, I replaced all four toner cartidges with the ones from my original printer (all 4 were almost full). From the time I initially plugged this device in and connected wirelessly from 3 notebooks and via USB cable from a desktop, this printer has performed flawlessly. Not one error, not one printer jam, print quality immaculate. I am thoroughly pleased with the purchase and with the device. ... Samsung CLP-300 a very good printer
I have a Samsung CLP-300 Printer that I bought 2 years ago from Staples and I have been so happy with it that I have been considering buying one as a gift for a friend from EBAY but as yet I have not done so. I love the low operating cost and the ease of changing the toner cartridges .The printer is very quiet and easy to use and maintain, I have bought several generic toner cartridges through EBAY and as yet I have had trouble with only one cartridge, it worked OK but made noise while printing.I have a Samsung CLP-300 Printer that I bought 2 years ago from Staples and I have been so happy with it that I have been considering buying one as a gift for a friend from EBAY but as yet I have not done so. Great for general printing, not good with graphic arts
I love the size. However, do not like that it can't handle heavy weight paper. Even when it is able to grab the cardstock and feed it all the way through, the paper is curled. Color is a little spotty, too. Not for graphic artists, but great for small businesses.
