I have a Mercedes W213 from 2018 without Carplay and I have only one thing to say : Amazing! Have been to multiple shops and even the Mercedes dealer. They all said it was not possible to activate carplay via a dongle. They told me I had to buy a seperate box that needed to be installed for 600$. I bought this dongle from vlad and it activated my carplay without any problem at once within 5 minutes. The dongle arrived in about 10 days. So, really happy with the purchase.

Very easy to install in my 2018 E400 Coupe (hardest part for these old bones was finding and getting to the OBD2 port). It works exactly as the seller claims. Without this device, the car's annoying ECO Start-Stop "feature" automatically turns the engine off every time you come to a complete stop, such as at a traffic light. Apparently that's supposed to save a tiny bit of fuel so that Mercedes can claim higher gas mileage and meet emissions standards, but it's annoying and delays the car's response to the throttle once the light changes. There is a button on the center console to turn this "feature" off, but it always comes back on when you restart the car. With this device installed, ECO start-stop stays in the last position selected in your previous drive — that is, OFF! And once you ... Great product if it works for your car
purchased this to activate the andriod auto on my GLC-2018. checked before purchase that car would work and was informed it would. after ordering the item was informed it wont work on my car as it has the latest update to Audio 20. disappointed as the feature is great but MB updates prevent it from working.

Video in motion easy and works !
I have look in the Web for a month to unlock my vidéos and GPS limitations and this product is the fastest and simplest way to resolve this problem. You just put in the OBD port. (My Mercedes is a C300 2016 model)

Worked a charm
I was hesitant to go outside of "official channels" for this upgrade. However exhausting all options with my main dealer, who swore blind I couldn't get Android Auto in my 2018 C Class. I decided to bite the bullet and do it myself. Glad I did, this product squirted the code into my head unit within 1 minute and I was up and running.
