The antenna is lightweight with a fold out extension and mast clamp that makes installation very easy.
The product is well made and easy to install and has excellent signal quality. The black powder coating gives the product a clean finish.

Half the size - twice the reception!
I was almost disappointed to open the box and see that the antennae was half the size of the fringe area antennae it was replacing. However, it was a very study antennae, solid in design and with no possibility of corrosion due to the solid joins and slick finish. The reception is outstanding, I can't believe how much better this model performed compared to the big old antennae it replaced. Further more, it was much cheaper than the old one! Great little antenna
I had reception problems with the TV picture starting to break up and some channels refusing to appear. I then realised I hadn't changed the antenna and cabling in more than 25 yrs - and in that time, Australia has changed from analogue to digital TV, the amount of frequencies being used is increasing, and the amount of interference from multiple sources is increasing. In particular, after reading up on the ACMA website (under "TV reception"), I very quickly came to understand that the amount of new 4G telephone transmitters and increased number of frequencies being used was highly likely to be creating my problems. I'm located in an area of good reception, with a clear line of sight to the TV transmitter in the Darling Range, so it didn't appear that interference from new buildings or ... After buying it, I realised that all the old cabling and connectors are now obsolete as well - so I lashed out for all new "quad supression" cable (this is cabling with increased interference suppression), which only cost $4 a metre. After installation of the new antenna (easy as), and the installation of all new cabling and connectors, the picture quality is now stunning, and the reception is perfect, and I can get every channel available Thanks, Access Antennas, this is the best thing I've bought this year!
