We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with your order. This item was sold as a manufacture defect as indicated in the description and multiple pictures showing the lack of stitching on the velcro strap. A return was processed, and once we received the item back at our warehouse, a full refund of $120 was promptly applied to the order.
