Ordered something , the delivery was attempted twice and I still don'y have the parcel . Hermes says delivered, so the seller refuses to isuue a refund . Now I have to sort this out myself with Hermes . So basically , I paid for something , I don't have it but the seller has my money. " Nice" costumer service . Hope I can sort it out with Hermes and Ebay somehow . Worst experience on Ebay so far, wouldn't recommand.
