    The insert nuts were perfect for my project to replace bed castors with fixed feet with minimal effort on my part. The existing threads were provided by t-nuts inserted from to top of the base frame so they wouldnt pull out when the castor threads were tightened. Since the threaded rods on the new feet were smaller than the castors all i had to do was screw these inserts into the existing holes from the underside of the base!
