Vous avez confectionné un emballage soigné, avec plusieurs épaisseurs de nylon à bulles afin que ce 78 tours arrive sans casse, malheureusement il est arrivé fendu. Au constat de la qualité de votre emballage je ne réclame aucun remboursement ; je constate depuis plusieurs mois des marques sur des paquets reçus qui, selon moi, ressemblent à un manque de précaution dans leurs acheminements.
