It says compatibility with the mallard press... its so not. The threads to low and the mold is to high to fit under.

There is nowhere in our description that the product fits Mallard Press. We don't even know this machine. You have not checked the dimensions of the mold whether they fit your machine or you have not written a message to us before the purchase. We want to solve the problem with you and change the dimension to make compatible with your machine, but you do not send us the dimensions!
