These are not very strong . I hope my Vanilla Extract is good for Christmas . I prepared the extract 2 days after I received your vanilla beans in the mail . I shake them up once per day and ensure that there are no tips not under the 90 proof alcohol and I made a double batch with 5 Mexican beans and 5 Madagascar's . I added the Mexicans 5-6 days after I used the Madagascar's because the Madagascar's are not very strong .
