      Small but effective!

      I wanted an small EDC knife I could carry without noticing it in my pocket. But I wanted a good steel that keep an edge, so a reputable brand. I have other great knifes, but their thickness and size make them uncomfortable to carry every day. This knife sit un-notice in my pocket until I need to open a packet or cut a thread or fiber from my shirts with the small scissor. It was fairly sharp, I only had to strop the edge to get it scary sharp, and it has kept its edge since. Great buy if you are looking for a "small" knife.

      Great pocket knife

      Ever since my Dad gave me a red classic Alox knife as a gift for being a groomsman at his second wedding, I have carried one of these knives. I've probably owned 15 of these over the years as I often times have to give them up at airport security (you forget you have it on your person since you carry them with your change) or just lost them. It seems, though, that Victorinox has stopped making this knife in "red", so I'm having to purchase it in the "silver". It's the same knife, only a different color. I miss the "red", but will do with the alternative.

      HANDY LITTLE KNIFE

      I USE THIS KNIFE AT WORK TO OPEN PACKAGES. IT IS SMOOTH TO OPEN AND SHARP. IT WOULD BE HANDY TO KEEP ONE INT HE CAR IF YOU HAD TO CUT A SEAT BELT THAT WAS JAMBED AFTER A CRASH IT WOULD WORK PERFECTLY. I HAVE USED IT TO CUT A TANGLED FAN BELT OFF A CAR. YEP IT'S A GOOD KNIFE.

      "Surprisingly handy and nifty".

      You never realise how handy it is to have a small blade... so versatile. Thin profile and in my opinion of good build quality and it looks good which isn't surprising considering who the manufacturer is (Victorinox). The scissors although at first glance may seem impractical, does an admirable job of cutting materials of small diameter and they're surprisingly sharp as well. Just something so handy to have on your key chain or on an inconspicuous bungy cord lanyard around your neck. I find mine very handy indeed.
