I know I was a bit persistent with questions about the sale but the seller updated me with the appropriate information. i do not have any issues with the seller but the issue i had was with DHL. Their site did not update any tracking information at all. The item was as described and was perfect. Unlike other pots that were available, the seller said the pots they sell are from Japan, not Chinese knock-offs which gave me issues with faulty operation (three out three Chinese pots were bad)
