    Overall it is good with the price oncerned.

    This is a very handy product you can take about when you travel. It is very light weight and can find a place in the camera bag itself, without a problem.I like it because I have shaky hands when pointing the camera.The price also is not very bad for the size of the product.I bought mainly because of that. I do not think how it will work with a very heavy camera. I use it with my 450 D. I have a I have a 1 D too, but I do not use it with that because it is a heavy camera and I do not want to see an unfortunate incident.

    Top tripod/pistol grip

    This little tripod/ pistol grip was purchased for my Leica camera as this camera is both light and easy to use I needed a small compact tripod that I could place an a table or car roof and this certainly fills the bill. Rob

    AWESOME

    This is a cool little gadget for us Video Cam users...the new generation Camcorder in SO SMALL if you don't have a tripod, this works better than putting your hand into the side strap for steadying your camera. It also turns into a a very small tripod that you can use for (any) camera or LED lights for close ups or added lighting

    A must have for external audio and video use.

    I just recently purchased the Zoom h2n and needed a better, easier and more secure way to use this on my desk and out in the field. The vivitar vt-4 is perfect for this use. I also use it for a handheld mic now by using the vivitar as a pistol grip. This has so many uses to help me with my videography.

    Very ligth to carry when traveling.

    Very useful, especially when traveling with small camera. It makes handling easier and comfortable taking pictures. I recommended this item to my friend to buy one.
