All cables needed were provided, and the usb video capture device has been perfect for the video8/hi8 resolution. I’ve had a problem with one of the types of tapes, but that’s the nature of magnetic tape. Supposedly ME tapes are not as good as MP. That’s not reflective of them, I’m mentioning it in case someone has the same issue I did. (Picture fades unless paused)

Considering that it was made in the 2000’s, it runs perfectly (so far) after 5 hours of tape transfers and the camera was cleaned to look new.
