Unfortunately, the T480 was described to be brand new, and unopened (box) but I was sent a used unit with no box nor without the original peripherals & manual. The only reason why I didn't give a 1 star is because the seller was decent enough to make it right by partially refunding. But still, the listing is misleading. Disappointed overall.
