If you come directly to us and ask for a refund, you will receive one. But let me be clear, if you go to ebay and open a case, not only will we not repair your board but we will keep your money. Please understand that it's tiring dealing with this error and people have a way of becoming nasty once they learn it was them who made the error. No more. Don't bother asking. Don't come to us after you open the case, we'll ignore all emails and block you. Hope you understand. This hurts us more than it hurts you.”

Absolutely the best service possible. Board was repaired quickly and shipped back n very timely manner. In my case Initially board gave appearance of not working but it turned out I had actually blown a burner potentiometer. Once replaced unit/stove is back to 100%. During this time provided great communication. I'd use them for any repairs they could do. I spent years in high tech doing board diagnosis and repairs with expensive equipment. They are = those repairs done on high tech env.

Tony was amazing. His turn around was super fast. I have never had a vendor respond to my questions so quickly. I blew up the board he fixed for me and he didn't gouge me on the price for the second repair. You can't go wrong with guy. I'm a huge fan!
