Communication with the seller was excellent. The quality of the seat covers was very good. Fitting them to a 2023 Isuzu Mu-X LST with the electric seats took two hours and a fair bit of frustration. The biggest issue was the length of the short straps that go between the seat back and seat to secure the covers. The four short straps are each about 10cm too short and working blind with barely enough buckle through the seat cushion and seat back to snap the ends together is quite difficult.

I am extremely happy with the seller. Questions were answered quickly and honestly. The seat covers are very well made. The sewing of the seams is top quality. Considering the seat covers are a standard size (not custom made) I am happy with the fix. The seller described the fit (on an MUX) to me prior to purchase. They were accurate. Delivery was surprising quick - two business days from WA to NSW.
I strongly recommend this seller.
