cayenne pepper capsules arrived in good shape, thanks. I'm using these 3 times a day for blood thinning, along with Amla (Indian gooseberry) capsules. Read about cayenne in "Hydrogen Peroxide and Aloe Vera: A Home Remedies Handbook", by Conrad LeBeau. Best taken with food, capsicum is acidic! I was struggling a bit with acid stomach at first, but found that if I take a charcoal tablet with each dose, these are fine. would recommend.

Received thanks, the colour of this batch is yellow instead of brown that they usually are, I contacted seller and they said it was a different supplier but that they would be returning to the original supplier soon, hopefully they work the same.
