Product is mostly fine. A few minor issues but overall I'm happy enough with the purchase. 1) smallest issue is they don't fit super securely in my ears and I have to adjust them a lot but maybe my ears are just shaped weird. 2) the battery life is definitely second rate. I get maybe 4 hours out of a full charge on the buds and a couple days on the case. 3) Most frustrating, the mike drops randomly on calls sometimes and the other person can't hear me anymore.
