There was a an issue with the mine that with the help of the seller we got it figured out. Seems whom ever put the memory in had a hard time seating the ram so they put rubber bands around the clips in instead of pushing them down completely until they clicked. Easy fix. The other thing is that they do pre-install Malware Bytes, VLC, and Team Viewer that I was surprised about.

I then purchased this listing and was able to at least get an MT 790. You don't really know what you're buying. Shipping was fast and had good packaging.
