Seems to be a okay item, we seem to be going through them. Mom's in a home that has the patient pay for them so I found these a while back, purchased two, now two again. They seem to work about six months, the velcro gives up or the wiring in the belt comes apart. The little noisemaker has never been replaced from the first one, these are belts 6&7 since May 2022...
