    I only got like a 3/4 teaspoon full of powder the picture looks puffy and fuller and the package says sample product 1 serving other than that it was shipped promptly, so now I have to order more it's a good product but if that's what they send they should specify it, (more plainly if I didn't see it)

    Creatine

    So far, it has definitely increased my ability to push through the set even while experiencing the burn from lactic acid. I did a load phase of 20g for 5 days & now I use 5g - 30 min before my workout with 4000mg of nitric oxide & 5g immediately after my workout in combination with 33g of pea protein. Perhaps it’s due to the combination of products but I do feel as though the creatine is definitely playing it’s part in the process. Be sure to increase your water intake especially if you decide to do a load phase because it will certainly dry you out. Overall I would recommend the product. There are other brands with higher prices & fancier packaging but I’m here for the results, not the presentation.     Doesn't Work!

    I've used creatine for 30+ years. I decided to try this brand to save money. Not only did I lose muscle mass but endurance as well. This brand of creatine is of such a low quality that it has absolutely no useful benefit. You get what you pay for.

    Excellent product

    Im from Jamaica W.I. I did some research on this product before I decided to give it a try. The shipping time is excellent. I started off lightly with one scoop a day an hour before workout. I felt the energy whilst warming up on my 3rd day of taking the kids . I did 30mins more than usual. On my 7th day my bench press improved from 290 to 325. After week 3 I gained 10.6 lbs of muscle mass. I am on my cycle now but I can't wait to get back on the product. I'm not ur if it's the best as what might work for me may not work for you but I can say it's an excellent product.

    Best creatine ive ever used.

    I have used 5 other brands of creatine, and this is the best for weight training, BY FAR! In 3mths I've more than doubled my bench, squat, and shoulder press. The only thing is, I use 2 scoops post workout, instead of one. I mix it in grape juice concentrate to get the insulin spike; it then takes effect in about 30 mins. And for me the ATP supplementation lasts about 90 mins before exhaustion sets in. - I recommend mixing your glutamine with it, if you take that.

    Very easy to dilute and has no taste

    I've used other brands of creatine and this one by far is the best I've tried. Other creatine I've used doesn't dilute in liquids as easy as this one and add a chalky taste but not this brand. Very happy with it and will continue to buy.
