Better than pre-work out because you do not get that crash.
These have been a real asset to my workout regimen in the afternoon when I have worked all day and become tired. Not sure about the claim that they work all day, for me it wears off within an hour or two which is exactly what I wanted to do, but they do kick in very fast and my pills are almost a year old and they still work perfectly. Anyone buying pre-workout is literally throwing money away, these things are seven cents a pill where as pre-workout is about a dollar a serving and the only active ingredient in the pre-workout is caffeine. Not sure how it may affect other people because I take in zero caffeine other than these pills to make them more effective for my work out.
